Voilà is an organic, natural sparkling wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc, harvested by hand in open crates. 
Using the ancestral method, it develops its bubbles entirely from the grape's own sugars — no added yeast, no added sugar. Soft and round on the palate, with fine bubbles and a fresh finish.
