Sehnsucht is a minimal intervention white blend, made in Germany using Silvaner, Riesling & Huxelrebe grapes. It's an elegant and mineral 12% German white wine with a light and fresh acidity that has a touch of Danish summer fruits: gooseberries, green apples and elderberry.
